The EFF is one political party that has a massive crowd on campaigns and on social media. Shivambu was throwing figurative punches on EFF’s Commander in Chief, Julius Malema. He openly called him a “Cult”, the two had political disagreements after Shivambu left the EFF in 2024.

Shivambu continued by stating that some parties in South Africa are like music groups. “These parties revolve too heavily around one person rather than a collective ideology,” added Shivambu.
